We are seeking a Showroom Manager / Sales Leader who will lead by example, set standards, coach and motivate the team to success. Your leadership will naturally inspire the team and generate interest and excitement for Beaumont Tiles customers providing the store with an outstanding "experience" every time.

We need a Leader who can get the very best out of the team, train and develop the team in sales and lead conversion and effectively manage process, performance and accountability.

**YOU**

You will have proven experience managing or leading a team, and will be a seasoned salesperson with a passion for product and motivated to achieve high sales targets and overall success for the store. The role will grow our Builders and Trade base along with improving our in-store Retail sales and assisting with warehouse duties.

You will work at the frontline and behind the scenes to ensure targets are met whilst reporting to and being supported by the Franchisee. Your knowledge, calm and professional nature, and sense of passion will ensure your success in this role.
