**What you'll do**
As a Corrections Specialist you will be responsible for managing Consumer and Commercial correction requests You will investigate and resolve correction requests, make relevant amendments to our database and provide a written response to the customer and any relevant stakeholders. The Corrections Specialist will also ensure all complaints are dealt with effectively and quickly, treating all parties fairly with courtesy and respect. You will also assess if
customer complaints need to be escalated to Senior Representatives, Management or Legal/Compliance to minimize risk.

**What experience you need?**
- Prior experience in the financial services or collection industry is preferred
- Impeccable written and verbal skills.
- Ability to investigate in an unbiased manner and remain professional at all times.
- Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring the correction request is completely addressed and data held is in line with legislation.
- Capacity to work independently and proactively self-manage.
- Compliance minded.
- Ability to maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- An understanding of the Privacy Act and the Credit Reporting code will be highly regarded.
- Having knowledge of credit management and the finance industry will be advantageous.
