**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Retail is currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Mad Mex Sydney International Airport

**Roster**: Various shifts available upto 35-38 hrs

**What This Role Involves**:
Provide clear directions and monitor policy/procedure compliance
Ensure food & service standards are to a high quality
Manage staff operations including filling shifts & labour management
Manage stock, inventory and cash
Communicate and work alongside the management team to ensure a strong working environment

**Skills and Experiences**:
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
Food Safety Supervisor, RSA
Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
Cash, stock and labour control skills
Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
Flexibility across work days/hours
