**Your Organisation**

With a national footprint and a strategic focus on product development within the renewable energy sector, this newly created role is a fabulous opportunity to grow your sales skills in an industry that's greater purpose is to improve sustainability and our environment.

You will be working with a small team based in Indooroopilly and reporting to the National Sales Manager. Your leader is fun, very experienced and is looking for someone who may wish to progress their career into a face to face / business development capacity in the future.

To be successful, you will enjoy working closely with KPI's and results focused. You will see value in working with a national team to drive and close sales and you will be passionate about sustainability and product development. A technical mindset will be advantageous. Your love building relationships and providing premium levels of service

**Your Role**

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will involve:

- Following up on quotes through outbound calls
- Calling customers to generate feedback on their experience
- Improving client engagement and retention
- Updating client information in the CRM
- Administration support for the sales team
- Outbound calls - 50 - 60 per day (warm calls)
- General administration support

**Your Profile**

You will enjoy working in a busy environment where you can utilise your initiative and self drive to generate results. You will be organised and build rapport easily over the phone.

You will be comfortable picking up new systems and working with a technical product. You will enjoy working to targets and KPI's as well as supporting a great team of Sales professionals.

You will have experience working in an Outbound Customer Service / Account Management position previously.
