Key Role in International Finance Team

As part of a close-knit finance team, you'll play a key role in shaping business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full month-end process including profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and variance analysis
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements, Fringe Benefits Tax, and payroll tax
  • Review and process journals to meet compliance standards
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and debtor follow-ups
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits
  • Maintain the company's fixed asset register
  • Partner with stakeholders to monitor performance and drive improvements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting with 3–5 years commercial experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin and proven international team experience
  • Background in construction projects and ERP systems (advantageous)
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and analysis skills
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills
