, as a Storage Facility Assistant and help keep our facility running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
About The Role
This role is all about supporting the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, handling enquiries, processing payments, and keeping the site clean, safe, and well-presented.
If you're organised, customer-focused, and enjoy a mix of admin and hands-on work, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and over the phone
Assist with general admin tasks and daily accounting processes (Sitelink)
Process payments and issue receipts
Support customers with truck and van rentals
Maintain the hire schedule and operate the lift safely
Keep the facility clean, tidy, and hazard-free
Follow open/close procedures and ensure site security
Explain facility access, payment terms, and gate app functions clearly to customers
About You
Strong organisational and admin skills with attention to detail
Committed to delivering great customer service
Good time management and problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator and team player
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience with storage facilities or StorMan software is a bonus
