Storage Support Professional

This role is all about providing support for the day-to-day operations of our storage facility.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily financial processes
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Support customers with equipment rentals
  • Maintain the hire schedule and operate machinery safely
  • Ensure the facility remains clean, tidy, and safe
  • Follow site opening and closing procedures and ensure site security
