**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Coordinate the development and delivery of bids, ensuring that proposals are formatted and comply with Company brand guidelines, customer requirements and internal quality guidelines.
- Formulate bid presentations
- Manage and coordinate submissions in line with given timeframes
- Use your advanced Word skills to create and complete submissions
- Work with Project Management plans to produce quality submissions
- Assist with the updating of project profiles and curriculum vitae
- Build positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Background in the bid coordination and preparation process
- Highly articulate with attention to detail
- Demonstrated tender, bid or project administration experience
- Knowledge construction tenders
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Time management skills to support with meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Police Clearance
