**Inline Physio Ashgrove is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant for 25.5 hours per week.**

**Days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday**

**Hours: 8:30am-6pm**

The role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and friendly team of Allied Health Professionals delivering a high standard of healthcare in a private Physiotherapy practice located in the heart of Ashgrove.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Full professional proficiency in the English language
- Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic with an emphasis on confidentiality
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow systems and procedures
- Self-motivated and shows initiative in skill development
- Confident with a growth and optimistic mindset
- Ability to listen and learn new processes effectively with a 'have-a-go" attitude but at the same time be willing to ask for clarification/help
- Interest in helping to grow the business
- Previous experience in healthcare administration preferred but other office admin experience will be considered*

**Responsibilities**:

- Front desk administration and welcoming patients
- Being the "FACE" and first point of contact of our clinic and therefore promoting our services and effectively converting inquiries into bookings
- Answering the telephone with confidence and professionalism
- Scheduling and managing appointments using our practice management software
- Managing patient cases and coordinating with insurers and medical centers
- Tracking class attendance records
- Processing invoices and payments including using HICAPS and EFTPOS facility
- Processing Medicare payments via Medipass
- Understanding Third-Party procedures and managing cases and submitting invoices eg. DVA and WorkCover
- Word processing eg Final edits to referrer letters
- General housekeeping, light cleaning and maintenance tasks in order to maintain a smooth-running clinic

**Training**:

- You will receive adequate 1:1 training with our experienced Admin Officer prior to your first solo shift
- All our systems are online/cloud-based so you will have access to remote support by staff at our other locations when needed and the company director
- We also have a comprehensive procedures and training system accessible at all times online to clarify/review when needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 25.5 per week
