What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and support your team across both clinical and operational aspects

  • Balance referrals and caseloads to keep your team engaged and thriving

  • Deliver fun, engaging professional development and CPD initiatives

  • Keep your own clinical caseload in NDIS, Aged Care & Private sectors (so you stay hands-on with your passion areas)

  • Report directly to your State Manager on team performance, wellbeing, and growth

  • Be part of exciting business initiatives – payroll, data analysis, caseload optimisation & more

  • Enjoy autonomy to create a schedule that fits your life
