**Required experience**
- 1-2 years* defendant litigation experience with a focus on liability and casualty claims
- Experience in property damage & Victorian Workcover preferred but not essential
- Ability to run own caseload
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Australian personal injury law
- Strong academics
