Public Liability Lawyer - Defendant Litigation

This role will see you advising on and managing a diverse portfolio of claims for government departments and public sector entities, as well as self-insured corporations.

Key responsibilities include handling coronial inquiries and public liability (personal injury) claims. You will work closely with our highly regarded Partner and other lawyers to deliver outstanding results for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of post-admission experience in defendant litigation, as well as experience advising government or public entities in personal injury matters or coronial inquests.

They will also have strong technical ability, attention to detail, negotiation and advocacy skills, and experience managing personal injury claims.
