As a **Teller, **you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they walk into our banking vault - which is a highly-secure storage area used to protect our customers' valuable items.

Your role will be a dynamic and rewarding one, as you help customers with their banking needs, referring them to the right specialists and addressing their general queries. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, where no two days - or customers - are the same

**The Hours**

This is a branch-based role and the hours are **Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am - 4.15pm **.

**What will I need to succeed?**
- **Customer Service Experience**:ideally in a customer-facing role
- **Personality**:an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people
- **Resilience**:the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customers
- **Communication Skills**:strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain banking products and services
- **Team Player**:the ability to work effectively with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver outstanding service
- **Adaptability**:a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
