You will manage your own client portfolio, developing return-to-work plans by:Managing a portfolio of return-to-work filesCompleting assessments and making recommendationsAttending medical appointments and communicating complex information to insurersConducting initial, workplace, and ADL assessmentsWriting insurance reportsCommunicating with injured workers, employers, doctors, and other professionals to coordinate interventionsFacilitating safe and timely return-to-work plansDocumenting case notes for reporting and complianceAbout YouQualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or PhysiotherapyFull registration with AHPRA or ESSAValid driver's license and access to a carWillingness to obtain a police check prior to startingExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamCustomer service-oriented with a proactive attitudePinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and encourages applications from candidates of all backgrounds, ages, religions, and genders.
