At Careon, we believe in the power of movement to transform lives. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Exercise Physiologist or Fitness Professional to join our growing team and help individuals with disabilities improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

This role offers the opportunity to work with NDIS participants in a person-centered approach, developing individualised exercise programs that promote independence and quality of life.

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to create personalised exercise programs for clients with diverse needs.
- Deliver one-on-one and group exercise therapy sessions tailored to each client's goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust exercise plans to ensure the best outcomes.
- Educate clients and caregivers on the benefits of exercise, self-management, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Support Coordinators, to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards.

**What You Need**:

- Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA OR Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Fitness (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or fitness setting
- Full Australian working rights.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check & Police Check.
