swim related gear. We're looking to for a passionate surf and beach
lover to join our team
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Retail Sales**: Manage daily shop operations to optimize customer experience.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Assist customers with recommendations, inquiries, and challenges to meet their needs.
- **Point of Sale System**: Manage POS tasks,including stock entry and troubleshooting.
- **Visual merchandising**: Maintain an engaging and navigable store layout.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Ensure the shop is clean and well-maintained.
- **Administrative Support**: Support the owner in various administrative duties.
- **Qualifications**_
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of surf products and trends to assist customers with their needs and preferences.
- Strong professional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, Outlook).
- Previous retail experience.

Pay: $25.65 - $34.37 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
