- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Retail Sales**: Manage daily shopoperations to optimize customerexperience.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Assistcustomers with recommendations,inquiries, and challenges to meet theirneeds.
- **Point of Sale System**: Manage POS tasks,including stock entry and troubleshooting.
- **Visual merchandising**: Maintain anengaging and navigable store layout.
- **Shop Maintenance**: Ensure the shop isclean and well-maintained.
- **Administrative Support**: Support theowner in various administrative duties.
- **Qualifications**_
- Strong communication skills, both verbaland written.
- Knowledge of surf products and trends toassist customers with their needs andpreferences.
- Strong professional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and managetime efficiently
- High level of attention to detail andorganizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, Outlook).
- Previous retail experience.
