This site based role would be scheduled on a FIFO roster of a 2/2 working both day and night shifts.
Reporting to the Site Support Supervisor, main responsibilities include:Providing quality and timely customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of equipmentAttending to onsite site breakdowns and undertaking fault finding and diagnostic workEnsuring the HCA Safety Culture is embraced and displayed and driven from withinTo be successful in this role, you will need:Relevant diesel or plant mechanic trade qualifications with experience in the maintenance of mining equipmentGood communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long term relationshipsHold High Risk Licences – EWP – WAH – Dogging & RiggingBenefitsWe are offering:Competitive pay rate, zone allowance & the potential to earn bi-annual bonuses
Scaled rates – starting rate $72/hr, potential to qualify for more based on yearly performance & training completed1hr of Airport standby time & 2hrs of flight travel time paid to/from the SiteReimbursements paid for transport to and from home to airport, or airport parkingOEM training and opportunities for upskilling with access to the latest technologiesSupportive mentors who value your input in finding new and improved ways to achieving successBe a part of a leading OEM which genuinely values and ensures everyone is happy and safe at work
