Staff Discounts: Access to a range of discounts across 400 retailers Australia wide through Orange Benefits Smart Spending.Home Electrical Appliances: Employee exclusive staff discounts on Hitachi goods.About The OpportunityWe currently have an exciting and rare opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based out of our Wacol branch by managing the delivery of field-based services across a region encompassing Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Coffs HarbourReporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:Structuring your team to deliver an industry-leading service with a growth mindsetProactively driving safety initiatives to minimize the chances of incident or injuryPlanning & driving the training, growth & development of your team membersPrompt management of under-performanceEnsuring all reporting needs and administrative functions required by the company and the customer are completed promptly and regularlySupervise the accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and sub-contract documentation to enable prompt job costingIdentification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibilityAssisting the Service Manager in the creation & delivery of monthly/annual forecasts & budgetsThe efficient management of the WIP (i.e. Work in Progress) reportMaximizing the recovery of the Field Service businessEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained through quality services & concise, regular communicationTo be successful you will need:Prior experience in a supervisory, project management or technical role or with a related OEMIntermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reportsExcellent communication skillsHave a safety focus and abide by site safety processesStrong ability to adapt yourself to different teams, rosters, environments and workloadsEnsure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.A background in service & a knowledge of mobile plant is preferableAt Hitachi, we value our people and work towards providing guidance on your career path towards a rewarding and successful experience.
