What You'll Do

  1. Lead and support a team of field service technicians across a range of industries.
  2. Manage daily service operations – scheduling, prioritising, and resource allocation.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
  4. Handle conflict and challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
  5. Provide technical expertise and hands-on guidance when required.
  6. Ensure jobs are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver results.
  8. Monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a service environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in heavy machinery, construction equipment, and material handling.
  • Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confident in handling conflict and resolving issues calmly and effectively.
  • Safety-focused, organised, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
  • Trade qualification (mechanical / electrical) highly regarded.
  • Current driver's licence essential.
