We lead with data and develop insights to achieve outstanding outcomes for both our clients and insurers.OverviewThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with Agency, external design resources and independently to develop and marketing strategies, whilst ensuring these are executed across activities like campaign management across a variety of channels.
Working with our partners, coordinating events both intimate and local and at National Conferences, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives.
Additional tasks include collaborating with the sales team, managing marketing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.Our business is at an inflection point, with a major strategic investment and initiative ready to launch in the latter part of the year, its an exciting time to join a fast growing disruptor in the General Insurance market.Numerisk is a business that welcomes diversity, this role would be perfect for someone either looking to balance work with other life commitments or someone returning from an extended absence.Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, however expectations should revolve around 2 days per week at a minimum.Some interstate travel may be necessary from time to time for events and other key stakeholder meetings.QualificationsExperience in developing and executing marketing strategies and managing campaigns in either financial services, financial planning or Insurance preferable.Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and performance metric optimizationProficiency in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including salesExperience in the insurance industry or risk management is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldStrong project management and organizational skillsSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesInsurance
