Role Overview
Transformative AI Solutions Developer
This pivotal role calls for an accomplished and seasoned professional to spearhead the design, deployment, and refinement of cutting-edge AI solutions. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will focus on leveraging innovative technologies to drive business outcomes and foster strategic growth.
With a strong background in data-driven AI and Generative AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by delivering impactful projects that capitalize on the vast potential of artificial intelligence.
Key responsibilities will include:
Designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions with a focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and sophisticated agentic workflows.
Architecting cloud-native AI systems across leading cloud platforms, ensuring cost-efficient scalability through LLMOps/DevOps pipelines.
Overseeing the development and optimization of data pipelines, APIs, and integration layers to support complex AI use cases.
Driving the evaluation, fine-tuning, and operationalization of models using both open-source and enterprise-grade AI tools.
Required skills and qualifications include:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (4+ years) in delivering data-driven AI and GenAI solutions in a business environment.
Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Business acumen, with a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
