We value the need to train and mentor our future leaders. We annually take on penultimate year undergraduate students for their compulsory Industrial Training. The students are selected in advance and are trained in both design and construction aspects of structural, civil, heritage, digital, façade, traffic and construction engineering. Our interns will get the opportunity to:

- work on real-life projects.
- attend client meetings.
- experience site visits (will need a white card to go to site).
- have the opportunity to attend on-site training sessions.
- access past training session on TTW TV.

Students that excel in technical problem solving and communication are offered a part time job in their final year of studies with a prospect of a position with TTW as a Graduate Engineer on completion of their degree.
