Training Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to join our Sydney team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Training and possess the TAE 40116 certification from a Registered Training Organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive professional training over a three-week period at the start of employment.
  • Conduct accredited courses for corporate clients and private customers, addressing their specific training requirements.
  • Drive sales and equipment rentals for the business, as well as for other represented brands and their accessories.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • TAE 40116 certification from a Registered Training Organisation.
  • HR (High Risk) training experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Industrial background, Mechanical or Electrical, and Cert IV in Training highly preferred.
  • Able to travel.
