Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleThe Pool Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Crown Towers' Leisure and poolside food & beverage offerings.
This role ensures the seamless integration of guest experience, compliance, safety, and service excellence across aquatic and hospitality operations.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of leisure and poolside food & beverage services.Collaborate with culinary and F&B leadership teams to ensure offerings are contemporary and aligned with guest expectations.Lead planning and execution of poolside events and activations.Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to improve NPS.Lead the recruitment, onboarding and development of the team.Manage departmental budgets, ensuring revenue and expense targets are met.Ensure compliance with aquatic legislation, licensing, governance and safety standards.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality, leisure, or resort operations.Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across leisure and food & beverage functions.Demonstrated success in budget management and operational planning.Experience in guest service excellence and complaint resolution.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Job DescriptionAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
