Overview

This organisation is building the future of corporate and institutional banking and we are looking for ambitious talent in Strategy to help make it happen. A newly created Strategy & Transformation team has been established to drive a multi-year growth agenda, working directly with senior leadership to strengthen market position and client experience.

What you'll do as a Strategy Manager
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to grow market share and enhance client & customer experience.
  • Tackle complex challenges with a structured, analytical approach.
  • Build executive-level presentations and influence decisions at senior levels.
  • Collaborate across bankers, product, sales and digital teams to deliver outcomes.
What we're looking for
  • 1–2+ years in management consulting or in-house strategy as well as exposure to the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution.
  • Curiosity, drive and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline.
