**Description**:
**The Role**:
Manage a team of up to10 reinforcing detailers to optimise client delivery
Lead, motivate, and support a team of reinforcing detailers
Resolve problematic and contradictory drawings and details with sites, Engineers and other consultants.
Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of staff across different states.
Liaise with internal staff to ensure clear communication for workflow between departments.
Distribute workload evenly.
Implement and oversee training and development of new and junior Schedulers and oversee the Scheduling team's performance.
Assess individual Schedulers regarding efficiency, accuracy, communication skills, project management skills and performance across the duration of any specific supply contract, customer or period.
What will you bring?

Possess practical and structural knowledge of products and services within the construction and building industry.
Extended knowledge of construction sequencing and structural properties and designs.
Familiarity with all types of structural drawings for construction including domestic, residential, multi-storey and civil works.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Analytical thinking and planning
Demonstrate a flexible and 'can do' attitude
Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems
Prior experience as an engineer will be highly regarded.
