**Position**: Sales & Admin Coordinator

**Location**: Epping, VIC

**Employment Type**: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)

**Pay Rate**: $35/hour + Super

**Start Date**: Mid-September

**About Us**:
EcoHome Insulation is a growing insulation company based in Epping. We help Victorian homeowners and builders improve comfort and energy efficiency through quality insulation services. Our team is friendly, fast-paced, and committed to delivering excellent service from quote to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all incoming calls and either direct to the right team member or provide answers to common sales questions
- Call and follow up on existing leads and quotes to gauge interest and help drive conversions
- Schedule inspections for our sales staff and manage the shared calendar
- Support general admin tasks

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone manner and ability to quickly learn about our services
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Prior admin or customer service experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

**Work Hours**:
Flexible start times (e.g., 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm)
Full-time preferred, but part-time (30-38 hrs/week) considered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/09/2025
