We're now looking for aSenior Retention Consultantto help us keep our members informed, engaged and confident in their super – through the right message, in the right channel, at the right time.About the roleThis is a newly created opportunity for a dynamic and experienced marketer to lead the development and delivery of strategic retention communications.
Working closely with the Communications, Digital and Customer Experience teams, you'll design cross-channel campaigns, shape targeted content (from email journeys to web, social, podcast and video), and identify opportunities to strengthen member loyalty across every stage of the super journey.You'll play a key role in helping members feel supported and empowered to stay with CareSuper — whether they're just starting out or preparing for retirement.What you'll doDevelop the yearly retention marketing calendarLead retention marketing campaigns and communication strategies across the member lifecyclePlan and deliver engaging content across email, web, social, podcast and video channelsUse insights, data and behaviour patterns to identify churn risks and shape messagingCollaborate with our CX and Digital teams to enhance journeys and build lasting connectionsDevelop content that's clear, relevant and adds value – not noiseMeasure and optimise campaign performance to improve outcomesWhat you'll bringExtensive experience in strategic marketing, retention, lifecycle or content rolesExperience leading integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channelsStrong writing and planning skills – you're confident shaping content strategies that cut throughA member-first mindset and collaborative approachFinancial services or superannuation experienceWhy CareSuper?
