We are currently seeking experienced
**Transport Allocators** for morning shift and night shift in
**Truganina**. These positions will operate across 5am
- 2.00pm and 9.00pm - 6.00am. You will be working a 5 day week, with one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday.

**You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive operation ensuring outcomes are delivered in a timely manner. Key areas**:

- Oversee scheduling and fleet utilisation to maximise profitability
- Coordinate rosters, load plans and other operational issues on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor staff KPI's including delivery window targets
- Build and maintain an effective and successful relationship with the customer and all key stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring WH&S policies & procedures are adhered to
- Timeslotting
- TMS experience, SAP or Freight 20/20 experience highly regarded

**Your ability to work in an open, collaborative, and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role. You can demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment
- cold storage preferred
- Strong work ethic with a passion for industry and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
- Strong computer ability
- Excellent time management skills
