We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team and help ensure that every client has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.

Assist clients with bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling appointments.

Provide information about our services, promotions, and products to clients.

Handle payments, invoicing, and manage the point-of-sale system.

Address customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.

Support the team with administrative duties and help maintain client records.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

A positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with salon management software (preferred but not required).

Ability to handle client feedback professionally and courteously.
