Client Services Assistant

We're looking for a confident and capable Client Services Assistant to join our Perth office. This is a front-of-house role for someone who takes pride in creating a professional, welcoming environment and enjoys being at the centre of a well-run workplace.

You'll be the go-to person for clients, visitors, and colleagues, managing reception, coordinating meeting spaces, supporting events, and helping new starters feel at home. You'll also play a key role behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly across facilities, office services, and day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV/VC setup
- Supporting office events and inter-office travel arrangements
- Assisting with onboarding and induction for new staff
- Varied administrative duties to support our Partners and staff
- Liaising with building management and suppliers
- Security and access pass management
- Helping maintain a safe, compliant, well-presented, and well-equipped office environment

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a reception or client-facing role in a professional services setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills - you're calm, capable, and highly responsive
- A polished, professional presence and a natural ability to build rapport
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform light manual handling activity
- A proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to great service
