Metro Collection Trainer

**The Role**
- As part of a training team, and in your role as Collections trainer, you will be responsible for leading group training sessions, one-to-one sessions, and ongoing assessments in collection rooms for our Sydney metro trainers.**Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Keep training records, conduct assessments and track the progress of the collection team.
- Provide continuous improvement for training procedures.
- Assist in resolving any training issues
- Lead group training sessions of 10-12 new collectors over a 2-week training program
- Travel to clinics across Syndey metro to provide on-going training where needed
- Assessments of existing collectors
