Caravan Sales Consultant

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Burpengary dealership team. You will be at the heart of our business — engaging with customers, presenting our premium range of caravans & RVs, and guiding them from first enquiry through to delivery.

• Greet and engage with walk-in, online, and event customers to understand their needs.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits.
• Manage the complete sales process — from enquiry, quotation, and finance options to delivery.
• Follow up leads promptly and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with service, admin, and management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• Proven sales experience in automotive, boating, or caravan & RV industries (preferred, but not essential for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
