**Position Description**
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate General Manager to oversee and lead a major business unit within Westcon-Comstor. This role is accountable for overall business performance, including strategic growth, financial management, sales leadership, and operational excellence. The Corporate General Manager will work closely with senior leadership and vendor stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes, drive customer acquisition and retention, and position Westcon-Comstor as a market leader.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution for the business unit, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Own financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and forecast management.
- Drive new business acquisition while maximising renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Provide leadership and coaching to a team of sales, marketing, technical, and operations professionals.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships, ensuring alignment to growth plans and strategic objectives.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, including non-traditional routes to market.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, inventory management, pricing strategies, and operational processes to support business objectives.
- Represent the company in senior-level discussions with vendors, partners, and customers.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Corporate Manager, or equivalent, ideally within the ICT distribution or vendor environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in achieving sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Deep understanding of channel distribution models, vendor engagement, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
- Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams across sales, technical, and operations functions.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or marketing are highly desirable.
