Tierra Bulk Foods is looking for a passionate and experienced **Team Leader** to join our dynamic team at our farmers market stalls If you love working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for leading and motivating a team, this is the role for you.

**Position**: Team Leader - Farmers Market Stall

**Hours**: around +20h

**Must be able to drive to different market locations**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team at our farmers market stalls
- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of the stall
- Provide exceptional customer service and help with product sales
- Ensure the team follows all procedures and maintains high standards
- Stock and organize products, ensuring the stall is visually appealing and well-stocked
- Coordinate with market organizers and assist with any necessary paperwork or requirements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role, ideally in a market or retail setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a small team
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Passion for quality food and sustainability

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
