You will be the strategic voice behind how we communicate our mission, technology, and value proposition to the world. This role blends creative thinking with commercial acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn culture.

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting customer engagement and commercial outcomes through data-driven strategies that position us at the forefront of next-generation agriculture.

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital, print, and in-person channels
  • Strengthen and steward the brand, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms and materials
  • Lead and execute campaigns that highlight innovation, sustainability, and product excellence
  • Oversee digital presence including website, SEO, paid media, social channels, and email marketing
  • Create compelling, targeted content that educates, informs, and builds affinity among investors, partners, and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum five years in a marketing role, ideally within a high-growth, innovation-focused business
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools
  • Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
