**Organisation Overview**
Our client is a leading retirement living, home care services and allied health provider supporting older South Australians to live their lives well. Due to strong organisational growth, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an innovative and enthusiastic Communication Advisor to join their Marketing team.

**Role Overview**
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the delivery of communication strategies focusing on community and employee engagement. The Communication Advisor will work closely with a range of internal teams to develop communication plans and campaigns while ensuring all internal communication channels such as the intranet, SharePoint, and employee newsletter are easily accessible for all employees. Other key responsibilities include creating and distributing communications content, maintaining and evaluating data, supporting management in crisis communication, and other projects or initiatives when required.
