Working closely with leaders across the Bank to build understanding, pride and advocacy, the team uses data and analytics to inform their approach and deliver best-practice communications.
We currently have a new Communications Advisor opportunity to join the team reporting into a Senior Communications Manager supporting our customer divisions.You'll play a key role in supporting our Senior Communications Manager and Communications Manager to deliver exceptional internal communications across the Bank.
You will help develop internal communications that foster a culture of transparency, engagement and alignment with our strategy and values.
You'll develop communications plans and bring them to life, creating engaging content for everything from leader briefings and emails to intranet stories, Viva Engage posts, presentations, and virtual events.
You'll craft compelling weekly newsletters and ensure our messages are consistent and aligned to the Bank's strategy.
Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts across the Bank, and the wider BMC team.You'll be part of an engaged and supportive Internal Communications team that are incredibly passionate and work collaboratively to drive engagement.
