**The Role**:
We are searching for a high-energy, recruiter who can recognise opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. You will be filling internal roles for all of the companies within the Johns Lyng Group as well as developing business with external organisations. Managing internal stakeholders and external recruitment functions on a national basis, this role will lean on the Johns Lyng Group's leadership team for the development and refinement of systems, processes and tools dedicated to delivering a sound business operation. There is an excellent sales platform and support in place to ensure your success.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver first class recruitment solutions to our internal clients
- Grow and develop new business opportunities
- Help drive customer engagement and service
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Over time, learn how to develop your network to assist sales and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments on projects

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
- Computer literacy
- Proven experience in developing B2B relationships
- Positive attitude and a sound work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proactive problem solver with positive and enthusiastic approach
