Part-time Receptionist needed for Large Energy Company

A well known Energy Provider is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team at their offices located in the heart of the CBD.

The role is 0.6 FTE Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility to cover sick leave and holiday cover when it arises.

This role is to cover a 12-month secondment and has the view to extend past the 12-month mark.

**As the Receptionist your role will be, but not limited to**:

- First POC for all building entities and incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate visitor registration and entry including distribution of visitor passes and access passes for contractors and new team members.
- Coordinate and prepare new starter welcome packs.
- Support meeting room set ups
- Respond in a timely manner to business queries.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to the companies safety and health systems.
- Ensure compliance with various company policies and standards.
- Review and Resolve SerivceNow tickets in a timely manner.
