The Wedgetail Program sustains and upgrades the Australian 737 AEW&C E-7A System for the Royal Australian Air Force. This Program is global with Boeing Defence Australia forming the Prime role across several Australian locations and partners across the world. The Wedgetail Program consists over 500 contributors in Boeing alone. Amongst those contributors are a team of Program Managers whose collective role is to lead, plan, implement, coordinate, facilitate and communicate to collaboratively bring about the overall objectives for the RAAF.
The Wedgetail team of Program Managers has a vacancy in a Wedgetail Program Management Coordinator (PMC) role. The role's primary responsibilities will include the following:
a. collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze resourcing data to ensure resourcing changes are incorporated per policies and procedures
b. generate project plans for resourcing and scheduling to achieve efficient program resourcing improvements on budget and on plan
c. support, lead, and delegate the resourcing improvement project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle, including Risk, Issues and Opportunities (RIO) management, reporting on performance and upkeep of baselined project documentation
d. support other PMC roles in the coordinating, actioning and reporting of Wedgetail management framework activities
This role can be based at Brisbane, Williamtown or Adelaide.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Management or Coordination role.
- Project management qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
- Intermediate MS suite skills and experience.
- Ability to effectively communication and network across all levels of our business.
- Ability to problem solve, provide critical thinking and adapt easily to fast changing situations.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold, or have ability to obtain, an Australian defence security clearance.
