An exciting opportunity has arisen with a specialist traffic and transport consultancy in Perth who are looking for a Principal Transport Modeller to join their business.

Working as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of transport models for state government and private sector clients, as well as leading and mentoring the team underneath and identifying further business opportunities.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Providing high quality, affordable and innovative solutions to public and private sector clients;
- Using traffic and transport modelling software on a daily basis to create models used by clients like MRWA and private firms;
- Mentoring the modelling team in the usage of SIDRA software;
- Continuing to develop business and relationships with existing and new clients.
- 10+ years' of relevant experience in traffic and transport modelling;
- Experience of working with SIDRA modelling software ideal, AIMSUN a preference but not a necessity;
- Ideally, previous experience working on private developer and MRWA projects however if you are based outside of Perth this is not a prerequisite;
- A background in leading modelling teams.
