**A Day in the Life
**The E-commerce Manager is an unique opportunity to create the eStore platform roadmap, deploy the existing Medtronic Connect eStore, working as part of the ANZ Omnichannel team to deliver revenue generating aspects of the eCommerce offering.
This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Commercial Operations Director for Asia Pacific and has flexibility to be based in Medtronic's Head Office in Macquarie Park, Sydney OR our Melbourne/Brisbane offices. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced sales professional to accelerate their career within E-commerce
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
- Planning, initiating, monitoring, tracking and/or prioritising sales and marketing support projects and process improvement initiatives and facilitate successful, on-time and within budget execution.
- Drive E-commerce performance to achieve defined sales metrics and kye performance indicators. Set and exceed adoption benchmarks.
- Setting clear direction and management that aligns with defined practices and policies and enhances the organisation's support function necessary to meet established sales or market share targets.
- Drive increased patient awareness by working closely with the Operating Units Brand Managers identifying touch-points, ROI and meaningful metrics to track progress.
- Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as ANZ Operating Units including Sales, Marketing, & Global Comms & Corporate Marketing to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions.
- Directs day to day activities for multiple work-stream teams through managing project plans, resourcing, status reporting, resolving issues, identifying project risks and accountability for deliverables across multiple functional organisations.
- Oversee/ manage project performance, risk management, administration, financial management, budgeting and issue resolution.
**Must Have**:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven commercial experience within a technical or healthcare environment
- Proven project management skills
