E-commerce Strategy Manager

Description:

The E-commerce Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the digital strategy for our skincare brand. This includes executing e-commerce plans across owned and third-party platforms, capitalizing on existing e-commerce sites to reinforce brand unique selling points (USPs) and drive revenue.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing SEO performance optimization and analysis, supporting the creation and briefing process for paid social media campaigns, and measuring and reporting the performance of all digital campaigns.

Collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders is essential to execute global e-commerce rollouts and digital transformation initiatives. You will also facilitate inputs, testing, and functional outputs throughout the roll-out of digital transformation across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth
  • Oversee SEO performance optimization and analysis
  • Support the creation and briefing process for paid social media campaigns
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to execute global e-commerce rollouts and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Strategy Manager who possesses excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills. A degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related discipline is highly desirable, along with certified training in specific platforms.

Essential skills include:

  • Experience in e-Commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
  • SEO/SEM expertise
  • Google Ads and web analytics experience
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (desirable)
  • Design/creative skills (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop desirable)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
