About the role
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Trainer - Sales to join the Training Academy team based in Sydney to help drive our business within the Service channel in Sydney.
Reporting to the National Technical Manager, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Training requirements for new product introduction, staff development & training
Implementing training packages for new product training to all employees
Managing all logistics around training delivery.
Assisting with the effective transfer of learning through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
Maintaining complete and accurate training records as required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant degree
Ability to produce technical training material and reports.
Identifies problems and uses logic, judgement, and data to evaluate alternatives to recommend solutions to achieve the desired goal or outcome.
Excellent communication and build both formal and informal professional relationships.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and Control Systems
