**Join Our Team As a Salesforce Technical Lead**
- Ownership of Salesforce CRM technical solution and BAU Operations for the Salesforce
- instances (Advertising and others).
- Delivery of the design, code, test, implementation and debug of the Salesforce platform and external interfaces that support business requirements
- Responsible for creating technically sound solutions, performing code reviews and resolving
- code issues
- Provide Technical leadership including management of a team of administrators and developers
- Support the development of the Advertising strategy roadmap, including alternate solutions and working with project groups to translate complicated solution into language that stakeholders can understand
- Decomposition of the user stories in sprints with the developer undertaking the development task
- Support the sprint delivery process including sprint planning, release planning and approvals
- Delivery of stable and scalable Salesforce technical solutions that support business requirements
- Collaborate with wider internal teams responsible for system integration, other solution and enterprise architecture and platforms as it impacts on the Salesforce platform
- Manage the team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators
- Keep up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality including but not limited to Service Cloud, Marketing cloud, Salesforce Industries / Vlocity and Sales Cloud

**Skills and Experiences We're Looking For**
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce declarative programming and administration capabilities, including Apex, custom objects, reports, dashboards, Flows, LWC, Aura and Vlocity Omniscript
- Experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
- Proven ability to lead and manage Salesforce technical team or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable success in driving development of Salesforce changes from concept to
- operational launch
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
- Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings
