Job Title
The company is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce professional who can take on a leading role in driving the adoption of Lightning and ensuring the technical team has the right knowledge and skills to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with various teams to understand the business landscape, including Salesforce and integrations, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Represent the Salesforce team in technical workshops and collaborate with other Engineering teams to drive design decisions for best-in-class Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with BA and business stakeholders to understand project requirements, support backlog grooming, and assist in building the product roadmap.
Design solutions independently, considering current implementations, assess impacts, build, test, and deploy solutions either independently or with the team.
Contribute to Lightning adoption and development using LWC, take technical ownership of the current org, mentor, and groom potential future hires on Lightning development and best practices.
