**The Role**:
Cognizant is seeking a Technical Lead to join our growing Salesforce practice.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will direct the design and implementation of SFDC Configuration to meet business requirements. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a passionate multi-skilled Salesforce team

In your first few weeks in this Salesforce Technical Lead role, you can expect to:

- Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents.
- Lead technical design sessions and write technical design documents.
- Manage the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
- Manage technical scope and client expectations.
- Provide hands-on expert-level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute to delivery of the same.
- SFDC Lightning, SFDC Data, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Sharing and Visibility
- Salesforce experience Cloud, Omnistudio, SFD development and Customization
- 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
- Completion of several Salesforce integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles.
- Hands-on and able to code in APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
- Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
