We now have an opportunity for a multilingual Cantonese, Mandarin & English speaking Customer Service Advisor with a genuine commitment to providing first-class service, to join our team that provides exceptional customer service to our Hong Kong, Singapore, Guam and Saipan-based customers.
This position will require you to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster (between 8:00am - 9:00pm) with work on public holidays.
What you'll be doing:
You will contribute to WEX Australia's continued reputation in the market as leaders in customer service by ensuring the first time resolution of any customer queries.
What you'll bring:
- Ability to speak and read Cantonese is a must-
- Previous experience working in a customer service capacity-
- Demonstrated ability to work towards SLA and KPI targets-
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to administrative requirements-
- Good multitasking ability-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service values-
- Computer literacy - Windows & MS Office tools including Gmail
